"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."  Romans 12:12

"Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.  Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."  Colossians 4:2-6

  We ask for everyone involved with FCA Endurance to be praying for it.  While God has certainly blessed us thus far, we have more to do and can't take our past blessings for granted.  This summer/season will provide us with a great opportunity, and we deeply desire and need Him to lead, guide, and be beside and within us all as we do His work.  I urge you to pray as you feel led, but would request prayer for the following.  Also, I would encourage all to consider joining our Prayer Team.

- Pray that everyone involved with this ministry would have the desire to seek God humbly and earnestly everyday, and follow this desire with action.  As such, we as a ministry will be closer to Him and more usable to His purpose.

- Pray that we would all have a heart for those who don't know Christ and feel burdened with a sense of urgency to introduce them to Him and His saving grace.

-Pray that we would all have boldness in presenting Christ to everyone around us.  May we all seek and welcome opportunities to be salt and light to this world.

-Pray that we would seek to develop our spiritual gifts and talents, and be able to use them to make a lasting difference.

-Pray for the Race Director's throughout the country.  That they would have soft hearts, being eager to let FCA-E minister at and through their races.

-Pray for the health and safety of those involved with the Team as they travel, race, and minister.

-Pray for the resources of FCA Endurance and those (individuals and companies) who give time, talent, and treasure to God through this ministry.  May they be blessed for their heart, generosity, and service.

-Pray that the Team would continue to grow.  As God brings more of us together, we will have more opportunity for support, growth, fellowship, and a stronger influence on everyone.

-Pray for the National Leadership Board and myself.  That we would be wise and diligent, seeing and following God's plan for FCA Endurance.

This ministry is nothing more than the people God leads to make a difference through it, and our strength and success is completely dependent on how He works through us all.  To have the impact He has planned for us, we must follow His will for us.  To know His will, we must know Him and seek His will through prayer and His word.  I pray and ask that you will all do this daily so we (individually and as a Team) can make as large a  difference as possible for eternity with our lives, especially through endurance sports.
